Humans are life-forms living in a field of energy in space and everything else is illusion, including the death of your physical body

Your physical body is just atoms. Just energy. It is not there
Death could only mean death if you are your body, but as your body does not really exist, you cannot be your body

How did you get into this field of energy?
Atheists say that the field of energy has always existed, you have always existed in it, you always will exist in it, and there is no rhyme or reason to the whole thing

Religionists say your spirit was deliberately put into the field of energy for a limited time to play a particular game which you will win or lose
After that your spirit will be removed from the field of energy and returned to the reality of Heaven, Purgatory, or Hell
.
.
The Christian church has never struggled up to the understanding that if your spirit was deliberately put into the field of energy for a limited time to play a particular game that can only be because physical action is required in order to advance to the next spiritual level
.
.
The Protestant church thinks you move up the spiritual levels by education (bible reading) and the Roman Catholic church thinks you move up the spiritual levels by imposing your will upon your spirit (prayer, humility etc)
Both are wrong. There is only one way to move up to the next spiritual level and it involves getting off your ass and engaging in sacrificial love in the real world

You chose to play the character you are playing right now
because you believed its life would improve your spirit in some way
And if you commit suicide you go right back in time to the beginning and play this exact character again, and again, and again, and again, until you break through its barrier

God The Father exists outside of matter, energy, space and time in eternity
He also exists in your soul. You know him as your conscience. In that position he is directly responsible for everything good and bad that happens in your life
When you develop a relationship with your conscience to a level that you do what it tells you even when you don’t want to, your life will slowly start to go right again and you will be directed towards your life purpose

You develop a relationship with your conscience through narrative prayer;
discussing the events of your life, your intentions, hopes and fears
